Meet Janine

Hi! I’m Janine Moore (she/they). I believe that product teams are best set up for success when they are equipped with the understanding of the powerful concepts behind why Agile and Lean work.

Instead of learning a lifeless process, I want you to understand how to apply these concepts to your own team given the unique context you find yourselves in today. 

Then you can continue to evolve your own ways of working as your organization and team changes and grows. 

I have over a decade of experience leading Agile transformations- working as an agile expert at the team, program, and enterprise level of organizations.

I have experience in the domains of finance, healthcare, airlines, and grocery.

I believe that all teams know how to solve their own challenges and the key is to unlock their creativity and natural desire to collaborate.

I often refer to my first encounter with a kanban board: printed on paper, clipped to a clipboard, on a podium on the 747-line at Boeing in Everett, WA.

Janine shares living space with her exceptionally adequate human partner, her dog, Geordi (named for Geordi LaForge), and three cats, Ianto, Zola, and Neko, who mostly tolerate her.
